With 4 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms (the master ensuite is quite fabulous with walled garden, overflow tub, inside and outside showers, and garden fountain) the house is perfect for a couple of families. It is large enough to accomodate most needs, with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, additional sofa beds in two of the bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the media room.

Fine Dining

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a double oven, a large island with a 5 burner range, second sink and breakfast seating, double fridge, beverage/wine cooler, and plenty of exquisite granite tops to prepare all your culinary delights. There is a 8-12 person dining table indoors and a 10 person dining table outdoors under the terrace roofing. There is also a dishwasher to help with the clean up. If you don't fancy any of that effort, our concierge services can arrange for a chef to do the cooking and cleaning staff to take care of the dishes. And of course you can just order in!

The main terrace area features a full outdoor kitchen for all those BBQ lovers. There is large 4 burner gas grill, sideburner, fridge, and sink, and again plenty of granite space for all the preparation.

Private pools and Terracing

There is a large infinity edge siwmming pool, a kids pool, and a Jacuzzi, all with perfect views down ontp the golf course.

The extensive covered and uncovered terracing has plenty of seating and lounging options for those not quite ready to jump in the pools.

All your needS catered for

The house has a double height great room, family room, and media room, for those keen on home entertainment. It has wired and wireless internet access throughout, TV's in all bedrooms, a stereo system running through the whole house, and a computer for those who forgot their laptops. It has a fully equipped laundry room. The house has air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans throughout for those who wish a break from the AC units.

Situated on the north west Pacific coast of Costa Rica, the area around Conchal epitomises the heart of the Guanacaste region. With a drier climate than most of the country, the region retains much of its ranching culture. The coastal waters include some of the best surfing breaks in the country as well as world class fishing. Day trips to the national parks, cloud forests and volcanoes can round off a spectacular vacation with natures splender, and some pretty outrageous zip-lining.
